1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yoovo.io (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Beta Software Disclaimer

Yoovo.io is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis during the beta phase. The Platform may contain bugs, incomplete features, or performance issues. Functionality may change or be removed without prior notice. You acknowledge that:

• The Platform is under active development;
• Data created during the beta phase may not be preserved upon general release;
• Technical support may be limited;
• Your use of the beta is at your own risk.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at support@yoovo.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Yoovo.io only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that disrupts services;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform without prior consent;
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of Yoovo.io are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription prices and features are subject to change, and we will provide reasonable notice before any changes take effect. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact support@yoovo.io with any billing queries.

During the beta phase, some features or plans may be offered free of charge or at discounted rates. These promotional rates do not constitute a commitment to maintain pricing after general release.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including the Yoovo name, logo, software, design tools, logic engine, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to Yoovo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own projects in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any projects, designs, and logic you create using the Platform. By using Yoovo.io, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to deliver the service to you.

7. YoovoConnect

YoovoConnect is a software tool that you install on your Raspberry Pi or compatible device to link it to your Yoovo account. You are responsible for the security of the devices on which YoovoConnect is installed. Yoovo is not liable for any damage to hardware, loss of data, or consequential losses arising from the use of YoovoConnect.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we need to discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@yoovo.io.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoovo provides the Platform without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components — particularly during the beta phase.

In no event shall Yoovo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as the Platform evolves. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
